Our Impact

This award is given to a Cohort Member who showcased growth, determination, and positivity during their time as a Cohort Member in the College Preparatory Program. While recognizing their commitment to the program, the member who receives this award has used their mentorship & participation in MTN to enhance their college acceptance, selection & matriculation process, emulating the purpose, vision & mission of the organization.

This award is given to a Cohort Member who actively participated in the College Preparatory Program to the best of their ability while taking full advantage of the services provided. The member who receives the award displayed a commitment to the program while enhancing the overall mission of the organization.

This award is given to a Cohort Member who allowed themselves to be guided by the MTN team by mentorship throughout their matriculation of the College Preparatory Program. The member who receives this award actively sought out assistance, demonstrated proactivity, and was diligent in fostering relationships among the program leaders.

 The Need based gift is selected by the Executive Board for students whose outstanding needs may prevent them from being able to overcome some level of educational or social disparity.

The Participation based gift is selected by the Executive Board for a student whose participation within the program is a reflection of their own personal or professional circumstances.

The Rising STAR award is given to program members who show up and show out, including their personal purpose in everything they do and touch. Their passions can be seen in their endeavors, and their impact is valued by  MTN.
